During the week of the Circular Economy, we provided our VR workshop EARTH FROM SPACE ® for the Province of North Holland. At this Circular Economy week talks, tours, excursions and workshops were being organised across the country, including in the Province of North Holland.
Led by chairman of the day Jan Douwe Kroeske and with delegate Esther Rommel, Circular Ambassador Leon van Ast, Chris Wever (booster Circular Economy), Barbara Harskamp (Coordinator Circular Westfriesland,), André Knol (GO-NH) and social entrepreneur Edwin A. ter Velde many inspiring initiatives passed in review.
From Circular Leadership, with our VR Workshop EARTH FROM SPACE® we gave the participants, entrepreneurs and administrators from North Holland, the Overview experience, the phenomenon that causes almost all astronauts to become environmental ambassadors.
Then we collectively explored the competencies that circular leaders need. What do participants think are the most important skills in this time of transformation?
Skills to go against the grain, to build a just and regenerative economy, to continue where others stop and to find solutions that are not yet there. To take courageous decisions from a long-term vision together with partners, based on compassion and connection.
